They were knowledgeable without being arrogant or condescending which is especially refreshing as a woman who understands nothing about vehicles. I was quoted a price of over $1700 to have the A/C on my 2009 GMC Sierra repaired by a local large dealership. Budd at West End Garage said he would check it out and there was a good possibility he could fix it without having to replace the compressor. He replaced what he thought was wrong (after calling me and explaining what his plan was). He wound up fixing my A/C for a few dollars more than $300 (saving me more than $1400) The A/C now blows the coldest air it has since I can remember. Not only did they save me a ton of money, but were super nice and informative in the process. Thanks West End Garage.

I finally found a garage that I can trust and that has real mechanics! These people are not "parts changers"! I run a fleet of service trucks and have been ripped off in almost every way possible by crappy, so called "mechanics". Unfortunately, many people who can afford to buy a Snap On Tool box do so, and then think this makes them a professional mechanic! I am a certified tech myself and I know this business, but when I need something fixed and cannot do it myself, It goes to West End. Top notch service people.

These guys were awesome. They were nice and fixed my RV while I was on a road trip by myself. They took mud daubers out of a pressure release valve instead of charging me an arm and an leg for something I really did not need, and they fixed the leaks left by the mechanic I saw the day before. They were able to get me back on the road the same days and were honest and great about it. I love them and would recommend them to anybody. My heroes.

Can't say enough good things about these folks! They got the air going in my '04 Jeep - there was a hose that needed replacing but was on back order so they got one fabricated locally - they stuck with it and made it happen. Wherever you are in town it's worth taking your car down to Stagecoach Road. Wayne will get it FIXED!

I have been taking all my cars to West End Garage for over 10 years. They will diagnose the trouble and call you with an estimate on the total cost of the repair before they do the work. That way you know what it will cost and not show up to pick up your car and get a big surprise. They use actual labor costs for the work and not charge you four hours for a one hour job. You will pay the actual cost of the parts with only maybe a slight markup. Receipts have a line by line listing of charges, so you aren't questioning "Hey, what's this charge?". An honest repair shop is hard to find, but West End Garage is that shop.
